Farmland is a must-have component in any Impact Portfolio. We sell Farmland by the Square Meter on small-holder farms using regenerative agricultural methods and ownership models outside the Global Industrial Food conglomerates.


Each Square Metre of Farmland comes with:

  1. Minimum 10 years in Farmland Credyts Rewards (0.25% of purchase per month)
  2. Farmland Credyts Rewards are credited monthly & immediately spendable on the Credyts Exchange.
  3. Each Square Metre (Micro-Asset) has its own unique serial number/hash and,
  4. Geolocation you can check in on via satellite
  5. A blockchain contract (Optional* NFT or other bonus files may be attached.)
  6. AR-enabled 3D model of your Micro-Asset (viewable within your account) that you can display and walk around in real-time or place in your backyard and share on social media.
  7. Add-ons, such as Crops (Trees, Bushes, Market Produce) + Water + Fertilizer (organic), Insurance, Fencing, Pollinators (bees) etc. are optional or can be purchased as a bundle (package.)
